Ugur Yuce

Ugur Yuce is currently the Managing Director of Ground Operations at FedEx, a position held since 2019. Previously, Ugur served as the Country Operations Director at TNT Turkey from 2018 and held various roles at TNT Express, Türkiye, including Sales and Marketing Director and Finance Director from 2012 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Ugur worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Shell and gained auditing experience at Işıklar Holding and Denge Denetim, along with a role as Management Accountant at The Dow Chemical Company. Ugur earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and a Master's Degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
