Zigomar Abel

Zigomar Abel, PMP, PMO-CP, currently serves as a Shared Services Advisor at FedEx since June 2025. Previously, Zigomar held the position of Strategy & Projects - GBS PMO Incubators Lead at adidas from December 2018 to June 2025, where Zigomar established and led the PMO Incubators team, managing a portfolio of high-impact global projects. Prior to adidas, Zigomar was the PMO Director at NSI - New Soft Intelligence from December 2010 to November 2018, focusing on strategic business transformation initiatives. Zigomar's earlier experience includes roles at IBM as a Delivery Project Executive and Project Manager, overseeing global IT and HR system implementations. Zigomar's career began at NSI - New Soft Intelligence as an Implementation Consultant & Project Manager, where contributions were made in delivering Oracle-based ERP implementations. Zigomar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
