Paul Green

Paul Green currently serves as the Head of Client Engagement (COO) at Fedgroup since February 2024. Previously, Paul held the position of Director at Smrtwrk and worked as an Associate at 10X Entrepreneur. At AllLife, Paul advanced from Head of Projects to Executive Head: IT & Projects, overseeing IT and project initiatives that included developing a centralized IT risk register and leading the introduction of a new diabetes life insurance product. Paul also has extensive consulting experience with Partners in Performance and McKinsey & Company, where management and operational challenges were addressed. As the Founder & Owner of Talented Africa, Paul secured funding for initiatives supporting microbusinesses. Educational credentials include an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and master's and bachelor's degrees in engineering and mineral processing.
