Ryan Shub is the Head of Innovation at Fedgroup, where they focus on developing a robust EUR 5Bn+ portfolio in the global venture studio landscape. Previously, they co-founded several successful ventures, including Selemo Valley Farms and SIS.bio, both of which achieved significant exits. Ryan's experience spans digital strategy and venture design, having held key roles at organizations like Founders Factory and Tiltshift Consulting. They are dedicated to mentoring emerging founders, particularly in the DACH region, while driving innovation in sectors such as Fintech, Safetech, Biotech, and Agritech. Ryan's educational background includes studies at the University of the Witwatersrand and other institutions.
