Dr. Jim Walker is the CEO of Zoomi. Prior to his role at Zoomi, Dr. Walker was a partner at Accenture where he led the growth and strategy for a life sciences unit selling software and services. He co-founded and served as CEO of Octagon Research Solutions, which was acquired by Accenture in 2012. Dr. Walker serves as chairman of the board of directors of Myota, a cybersecurity company. He is the recipient of numerous business leadership awards, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, an American Business Awards' Stevie Award for most innovative company and the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies Enterprise Awards Technology CEO of the Year. Dr. Walker received his Doctorate in Workplace Learning from the University of Pennsylvania and his dissertation was an exploratory study on adaptability in the workplace. He received an M.S. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University, MBA from Duke University and B.S. in Science Comprehensive from Villanova University.
