Roberta N. Young

Roberta N. Young is the current director at FedNat Insurance Company. Roberta has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in underwriting.

Roberta began their career in 1990 as a senior underwriter at Raymond Patterson Insurance MGA/Assurance MGA. Roberta then moved to Eagle Insurance in 1999 and held the same position for two years. In 2001, they transitioned to National Insurance Plan as the underwriting manager and remained there until 2010.

In their current role at FedNat, Roberta is responsible for leading and executing the underwriting strategy for the company. Roberta is also responsible for managing a team of underwriters and developing new business relationships.
