Samuel Wynant

Samuel Wynant currently serves as Redactielid Notarieel en Fiscaal Maandblad at Wolters Kluwer since September 2023. Previously, Samuel completed a summer internship at Geassocieerde notarissen Frederika Lens & Jo Abbeloos in August 2008 and worked at Van Halteren, Notaires Associés from September 2009 to June 2013 as a Notarieel jurist and Kandidaat-notaris. Samuel also gained experience during a summer internship at the Grondwettelijk Hof van België in July 2007. Since January 2015, Samuel has been a Lesgever Goederenrecht at Fednot, and since January 2016, has held the position of Notaris at Van Halteren Notaires. Samuel’s educational background includes a Master of Laws from KU Leuven, a Bachelor of Laws from Katholieke Universiteit Brussel, a Master of Corporate Law from KU Leuven, and a Master in Notary Law from Universiteit Gent, alongside earlier studies in Latin and Greek-Latin.
