Don Mallett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, consulting, and human resources. Currently serving as a Board Member at I Got Bridged since January 2022, Don is focused on supporting the growth of the nonprofit organization. Don has been with FedPoint since June 2013, where responsibilities include managing the FLTCIP Premium Administration department and overseeing customer service operations. As the Owner of Opportunity in Disguise, Don provides individual employment consulting and various business services. Previous roles include contract recruiting for Dr. Newton's Naturals, team management positions at AGL Resources and CCS Companies, and HR Director at SellMyTimeShareNOW LLC. Don holds a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed a community leadership program through Leadership Seacoast.
