Ken McCarthy is currently the Head of Business Development, drawing on extensive experience in both strategic initiatives and operations. They served as AVP of Operations at John Hancock from 2006 to 2011, and held leadership roles at Manulife Financial, including Head of Strategic Planning in the Investment Division Business Services from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their current role, Ken led Business Development & Business Solutions at FedPoint in 2017.
