Deral White

Deral White has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Deral began their career in 1998 at Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Maintenance PMT. Deral then joined Swagelok in 2000, where they held various roles such as Maintenance Technician, Engineering Technician, Reliability Planner Scheduler, and Reliability Supervisor. In 2015, they joined The Lubrizol Corporation as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for leading and developing a team of maintenance mechanics. Most recently, in 2019, they joined FedPro as an Operations Manager and was later promoted to the position of Director of Operations in 2021.
