In 2015, they joined The Lubrizol Corporation as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for leading and developing a team of maintenance mechanics. Most recently, in 2019, they joined FedPro as an Operations Manager and was later promoted to the position of Director of Operations in 2021.
