Justin Gray

Justin Gray currently serves as the Technical and Quality Manager at FedPro, a position held since February 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at Cleveland State University from August 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing chemistry laboratories for undergraduate students and overseeing lab budget activities. Justin Gray's industry experience also comprises a tenure at Sherwin-Williams, first as a Chemist in the Woodcare division from March 2018 to February 2021, and previously in the Aerosols division from May 2012 to May 2016, focusing on product development and manufacturing support. Earlier experience includes an R&D internship with Diversified Brands, contributing to innovative product formulations. Justin Gray earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Cleveland State University in 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same institution in 2013.
