Bernat Vila

Bernat Vila has extensive experience in supply chain and service operations. Bernat is currently the Director of Global Supply Chain & Service Operations for the Self-Adhesives SBU at the Fedrigoni Group. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Global Service Operations for the same SBU. Before joining the Fedrigoni Group, Bernat worked at UPM Raflatac for several years. At UPM Raflatac, they held various roles including Director of Global Supply Chain for the Paper Laminates SBU, Senior Manager of Supply Chain for Paper Laminates EMEIA, Supply Chain Manager for A4& Sheets Europe, Planning and Raw Material Manager, and Purchasing Coordinator.

Bernat Vila completed a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (Logistics & Operations) from ICIL in 2013-2014. Prior to that, in 2001-2002, they obtained a Master's degree in E-Logistics (Supply Chain & Technology) from La Salle. In 1996-2000, they earned a B.A. Hons degree in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire. Bernat has also obtained several certifications, including Mergers & Acquisitions certificate from Aalto University Executive Education, Finland, a Leadership program - Lead with passion from SSE Executive Education, Hanken University in Sweden, a Lean & 6 Sigma Green Belt from the British Quality Foundation, and Situational Leadership II from the Ken Blanchard Company.
