Cauê de Arruda is the President of Fedrigoni Group in North America and has held this position since 2025. Prior to this role, Cauê served as Vice President & General Manager for Evonik in the Americas and held numerous leadership positions across various companies, including Diversey and DuPont. With a strong background in process analysis, quality control, and technical sales, Cauê has developed expertise in multiple sectors. They completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade de São Paulo and furthered their education with an Executive Talent Program at IMD Business School.
