Mattia Stea

Mattia Stea has extensive work experience in human resources. Mattia currently serves as the HR Director BU Paper at Fedrigoni Group since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Cluster HR Head for Italy and Eastern EU at Franke from June 2019 to December 2019, and the HR Head Italy at Franke from May 2017 to June 2019. Before joining Franke, they worked at Luxottica from 2012 to 2017, where they held various roles including Wholesale Asia Pacific HR Head. Mattia also worked at Luxottica from 2006 to 2011, where they held positions such as HR Manager, Operations and Training and Development Manager, Operations. Mattia began their career as a Training and Development Specialist at Barilla Group from 2002 to 2005.

Mattia Stea completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Hong Kong in 2012. Mattia previously obtained a degree in Educational Sciences, with a major in "Training processes within organizations" from Università degli Studi di Bari in 2002.
