Mike Wingerd

Mike Wingerd is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, project management, and infrastructure architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at FedSoft, Inc. since October 2015, Mike has successfully guided Census Bureau system owners through significant migrations. Prior roles include Project Manager at Fannie Mae, where Mike estimated IT project costs and developed reports for senior management, and Senior IT Analyst at Technology Ventures, where best practices for system requirements were implemented for Fannie Mae project teams. Mike's career also features positions as an Infrastructure Architect at Mount Airey Group Inc. and Principal Systems Analyst at ManTech, among others. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, Mike combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills across various IT sectors.
