Joan McBride Rincon

Joan McBride Rincon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joan began their career as a Financial Analyst at Rockwell Space Operations Company, where they developed and tracked financial budgets and forecasts for different organizations. Following this, they worked as a Business Manager at SAIC, where they developed budgets and forecasts for a NASA contract and handled financial deliverables.

Joan then moved on to United Space Alliance as a Business Manager to the CIO, overseeing the development and delivery of annual plans and managing the budget for the Information Management organization. Joan later joined Mary Queen Catholic Church as the Director of Youth Activities, organizing and coordinating youth programs.

In 2004, Joan transitioned to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in counseling individuals and couples from a Christian perspective. Joan also operated their private practice, Joan McBride, MA, LMFT, until 2019.

Their next role was at Plains All American as the Escheat Coordinator and Revenue Accountant, responsible for escheating funds to various states and assisting with credit recovery and governmental reporting.

Joan then worked as an Administrative Supervisor at AWD Management Services, Inc., where they supervised administrative personnel in the aerospace industry and managed administrative contracts. Joan focused on providing excellent customer service while maintaining fairness and ethical standards.

Most recently, they joined CBF Partners JV as a Program Manager, where they provided leadership and managed programs. Currently, Joan holds the position of Program & Operations Director at FedSync.

Joan McBride Rincon completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1985 to 1987. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from the same university, studying from 1996 to 2000.
