Lillian Crouch

Lillian Crouch is the MCASS Program Manager at NASA Kennedy Space Center and has extensive experience in program and account management. Previously, Lillian served as a Senior Account Executive at Almost Family, Inc. from 2012 to 2018, and held the position of Division Manager at Encompass Health between 2018 and 2021. Before that, Lillian worked as a Program Director at Healogics, Inc. and as a Senior District Executive with the Boy Scouts of America. Lillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from West Virginia State University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
