Jay Chikobe

Jay Chikobe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including climate and energy, design, innovation, and business incubation. Currently serving as Portfolio Lead for Climate & Energy at FedTech since July 2025, Chikobe previously held multiple positions at Resonance, advancing from Associate to Team Lead in Technical Services. Chikobe co-founded the Southern Africa Venture Partnership and Gritcube, and contributed significantly as Project Director at Fairfax County Government. Chikobe's early career includes roles at Endeavor Advisory as Founder and Managing Consultant, Business Incubation Lead at BongoHive, and Director of Operations at Grassroot Soccer. Chikobe's educational background includes an MBA in Business Analytics from George Mason University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southern Adventist University.
