Daniel Karp

Daniel Karp is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, particularly in the defense of high-end catastrophic injury claims, including cases involving traumatic brain injury and fatalities. As an Equity Partner and Senior Partner at Fee, Smith, & Sharp LLP since January 2008, Karp also focuses on regulatory issues for major transportation carriers, complex construction litigation, and corporate claims. Prior to this role, Karp worked as an Attorney at Wilson Elser from 2002 to 2004, where responsibilities included defending pharmaceutical claims and other medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits. Karp earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Texas Tech University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
