Michael Mitchell

Michael Mitchell is an accomplished advancement professional with extensive experience in fundraising, development, and strategic enrollment management. Currently serving as Vice President of Advancement at Feed the Children since February 2024, Michael previously held the role of Director of Development and Discipleship at the Christian Alliance for Orphans, where guidance was provided to executives of over 250 member organizations to enhance fundraising efforts for vulnerable children. Michael’s earlier positions include Director of Development at Water4, where a focus was placed on building relationships to combat the water crisis, and various advancement roles at Oklahoma Christian University, including Director of Admissions, Major Gifts Officer, and Director of Alumni Relations, contributing significantly to enrollment strategies and donor engagement. Michael holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Oklahoma Christian University and a Master of Education in Adult Learning from the University of Oklahoma.
