Jaakko Männistö

Jaakko Männistö has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jaakko is the founder and CEO of Feedbackly since 2012. In 2014, they established their own entrepreneurial venture called jaakkomannisto.com, where they serve as an entrepreneur and keynote speaker. Jaakko founded Yrittaja.io in 2018, and CXforum in 2019. Since 2017, they have been the head coach at CX Academy, an industry-leading online course for Customer Experience. Additionally, they have served as a board member for Muotikaupan Liitto | Fashion Commerce in Finland from 2018 to 2020. Männistö has also worked at Profea Oy as the CEO from 2010 to 2013, and as a board member from 2015 to 2018. Furthermore, they were the CEO of Valmennusakatemia Proffa Oy from 2010 to 2011, where they were responsible for strategic planning, business development, and team management. Jaakko has held various important positions at Suomen Yrittäjät ry, serving as an executive committee member and vice chairman from 2016 to 2018, and as a board member from 2016 to 2018.

Jaakko Männistö obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Turku School of Economics from 2009 to 2014. Jaakko also earned another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from the same institution in the same period. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo from 2012 to 2013. Prior to their higher education, Jaakko attended the High School of Ylivieska from 2004 to 2008. Jaakko also studied at Colégio João XXIII for their High School education from 2006 to 2007. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Customer Experience 101 from CX Academy in January 2020.
