Shawn Jaques has over 30 years of work experience, starting their career as a Financial Audit Manager at KPMG US from 1991 to 1996. Shawn then transitioned to Cap Gemini, where they worked as a Consulting Manager from 1998 to 2001, leading business process improvement and strategic consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies.
In 2001, Shawn joined IBM as a Senior Market Manager, Strategy, where they led strategy and operations projects for the Tivoli Systems division. Following their time at BMC Software, Shawn joined GitHub in 2018 as the Director of Product Marketing. Shawn led the enterprise product marketing team in developing GitHub's enterprise open source messaging and strategy, focusing on transitioning the enterprise SaaS and software business to a market-focused approach.
In 2019, Shawn joined Testim.io as the Director of Product Marketing, where they accelerated UI and end-to-end software testing for agile teams using Testim's AI-powered automation platform.
In 2022, Shawn joined Tricentis as the Director of Product Marketing for the high-growth DevOps business unit. Their focus was on growing the business within Agile development teams through targeted marketing and product-led motions.
Currently, Shawn Jaques is the Head of Product Marketing at Feedly since 2023. Feedly is a platform that uses AI models applied to daily articles to provide actionable intelligence in various industries.
