Robert Hegarty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they completed an internship from June 2009 to May 2011. Robert then moved on to Constance Ephelia Resort Seychelles, where they underwent management training from May 2011 to September 2011.

After this, Hegarty worked at Red Carnation Hotels as a Guest Services Manager at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel. During their time there, they provided exceptional service and ensured guest satisfaction. Robert also participated in a management program from June 2012 to June 2013.
