Marcel van Pelt

Marcel van Pelt is an experienced operations manager currently leading at FeedValid since 2025. Previously, Marcel worked in various roles, including as a production manager at Scholle Corporation, where they oversaw production processes and facilitated Lean transformations across European facilities. Marcel began their career as a machinesteller at Kaardenfabriek Nederland BV, progressing to department head in the carding section. Their focus on continuous improvement in team development and sustainable results defines their professional approach. Marcel holds an education in mechanical engineering from M.T.S Tilburg WTB.
