Software Engineer at Feedvisor

Dany Lavrov has been working in the software engineering industry since 2010. In 2010, they began working at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology as a PHD Researcher and Teaching Assistant. In 2016, they joined EXO (Exact Orbit) Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they collected, analyzed, and manipulated raw GNSS data, developed software solutions in Java language, and integrated existing hardware with newly developed software solutions. In 2018, they moved to Lear Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed software solutions in Java language by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, and investigating problem areas. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Feedvisor as a Software Engineer, where they design and develops new solutions and key features to expand the functionality of the core product, maintains, upgrades, and optimizes the existing capabilities of the core product, and integrates with various databases and storages such as MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, and S3.

Dany Lavrov has a strong educational background. Dany obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mapping & Geo-Information from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2010. Dany then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Mapping & Geo-Information from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2012. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mapping & Geo-Information from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2016.
