Danni Liljekrans

Danni Liljekrans is an experienced professional with a diverse background in feedback culture, leadership, and technology. Currently serving as Feedback Nerd & Partner at Feedwork since July 2019, Danni focuses on fostering healthy feedback habits within organizations. As the Owner and CEO of Bedre Feedback since January 2017, Danni advocates for the importance of structured feedback cultures. Danni's prior roles include facilitating personal leadership skills at True North, teaching project management and team building at HÖJSKOLENDK, and acting as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at 3Shape A/S. Additionally, Danni has held positions as President of Copenhagen Toastmasters Club, a student programmer at the University of Southern Denmark, and a programmer at Odense University Hospital. Danni holds a Master's degree in Learning Processes with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Aalborg University and a Master of Science in Robot Systems Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark.
