Morten Melby

Morten Melby is a seasoned leadership consultant and entrepreneur, serving as the Founder and Leadership Consultant at Feedwork since February 2016, where Morten co-developed the company, expanding from 2 to 8 employees and achieving significant revenue growth alongside industry recognition. Concurrently, Morten lectures on Business Coaching at Business Academy SouthWest, emphasizing the importance of coaching in enhancing employee motivation and innovative leadership. In addition to academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, Morten holds a reserve position as a 1st Lieutenant in the Danish Defence, overseeing security operations and training within the Air Control Wing. Morten's athletic credentials include representing Denmark as a pentathlete on the national team. Morten's educational background features a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by degrees from DTU and military training institutions.
