Murilo Búrigo

Murilo Búrigo has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Murilo currently serves as the CTO at Feedz, where they are responsible for leading the product, engineering, and operations teams in a HR Tech startup/scale-up company. Murilo has expertise in working with squads in an agile environment and focuses on value from discovery to delivery.

Prior to their current role, Murilo worked at Cognyte, formerly a Verint company, where they held the position of R&D Manager. Murilo led the transformation of teams from a project-based approach to a product-based approach, working with cross-functional and autonomous squads in an agile environment. Murilo was responsible for managing four teams and maintaining and improving four products.

Murilo also has experience as a Founder of Araujo & Búrigo, a previous business venture. Murilo has held various project management roles at organizations such as PMI Santa Catarina Chapter, SUNTECH | A Verint Company, Myreks, Grupo Innovit, Betha Sistemas, A. Angeloni & Cia. Ltda, and FLIN. In these positions, they gained expertise in project management, Agile project management with Scrum, software development processes, and software for public administration.

Murilo Búrigo holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from SATC - Associação Beneficente da Indústria Carbonífera de Santa Catarina, obtained in 2010, and another postgraduate degree in Project Management from Senac Santa Catarina, completed in 2008. Murilo also holds an engineer's degree in Telecommunications and IT from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, completed between 2002 and 2006. In addition, they have a technical degree in Electronics from Escola Técnica Federal de Santa Catarina, acquired between 1999 and 2001. Murilo has obtained several certifications in areas such as leadership, technology, and project management from institutions like LinkedIn, CertiProf, Microsoft, and the Project Management Institute.
