Inês Mendes

Inês Mendes is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical writing and knowledge management. Currently serving as a Technical Writer and Knowledge Manager at Feedzai since May 2022, Inês has previously held positions including Knowledge Manager at Contentsquare, where responsibilities included coordinating product roadmaps and managing a knowledge base, and at Thales, overseeing documentation and user engagement. Inês also contributed as a Trainee in Education and Social Affairs at the Portuguese Permanent Representation to the European Union and has experience in program coordination and translation roles. Inês holds a Master’s degree in Technical Communication from Université Paris Cité and a Bachelor’s degree in Translation from the University of Lisbon.
