Inês Silva

Inês Silva currently serves as a Senior Research Data Scientist at Feedzai since January 2024 and holds the position of President at Data Science Portugal since January 2025. Previously, Inês was a Student Researcher at the Center for Responsible AI and completed a Master’s thesis at Fraunhofer Portugal AICOS, earning a perfect grade of 20/20. Inês has also contributed as a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador and participated in various research projects at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, including a Machine Learning research grant for Bosch's Safe Cities project and receiving the New Talents in Artificial Intelligence research grant from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Inês's academic background includes multiple degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and Leiden University, with additional culinary training from Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2023.
