Allyson Tom, MBA, is the VP of People Engagement at Feeld, bringing over 12 years of experience as a People leader dedicated to fostering caring and connected workplace cultures. Previously, Allyson held the VP of People role at Caroo, where they enhanced employee engagement during transitional periods and implemented scalable people strategies. Allyson has also served as the VP of People & Culture at Blueboard Inc. and Head of People at Currency, guiding organizations in building best-in-class HR processes. In addition to their leadership roles, Allyson contributes as a member of CPOHQ and the Forbes Human Resources Council, while also offering consulting and coaching services. Allyson is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Art History at UCLA.
