Adi Shimony

Adi Shimony has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies and roles. Adi is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Feelit Technologies since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at AQUARIUS ENGINES - ENERGY GENERATION from December 2020 to February 2023.

Adi Shimony spent several years at International Flavors & Fragrances, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from February 2016 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for driving and executing the overall HR Global Strategy in Israel, overseeing talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, and learning and organizational development.

Before joining International Flavors & Fragrances, Adi Shimony pursued an MBA at Golden Gate University from August 2013 to April 2016. Adi also had a brief stint as an Executive Assistant at Wilton & Bain, where they managed payroll systems, implemented employee benefits, and set up employment contracts for new hires from June 2015 to December 2015.

Adi Shimony has experience in non-profit organizations as well. Adi worked as the Regional Director at Friends of the Israel Scouts from September 2014 to August 2015, where they recruited candidates, led seminars and events, and maintained relationships with stakeholders. Adi also had experience at Camp Kimama Israel, where they held various roles such as Head of US Quarter, Camp Director, Director of Operations, and Head of Customer Service.

Their earlier experience includes working at Elbit System, Electro-Optics-Elop as an Assistant of Account Executive from April 2006 to April 2007. Adi oversaw expenses, managed payments to subcontractors, and planned budgets. Adi Shimony also worked at Camp Kimama Israel as the Registrar and Manager of Administration from February 2005 to March 2006, where they implemented a new registration system and conducted marketing contacts.

Adi Shimony's career began in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as an Instructor and Officer in a Special Forces Unit from November 2001 to June 2004. Adi commanded a team of professional instructors and trained soldiers of various levels and ranks.

Adi Shimony completed their education in the field of business and management. They first attended Bar-Ilan University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing. Adi graduated magna cum laude from this university. Later, from 2012 to 2016, Adi completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an emphasis in Human Resource Management at Golden Gate University. In addition to their degrees, Adi also obtained an MBA certification, although the specific institution and month/year of obtaining it are unknown.
