Dave Castille

Dave Castille is FEI Systems President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Castille is responsible for the overall operations of the organization. He provides corporate oversight of all FEI business development and business delivery operations. These include Services, Products, and Operations and Maintenance. Mr. Castille works with the FEI Leadership team to develop FEI’s strategic vision. He sets goals for performance and business growth to ensure that FEI’s services and solutions meet the evolving needs of the customers and the clients they serve, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Prior to FEI, Mr. Castille served as the Director of Global Business Applications at Booz Allen Hamilton and led the development, maintenance, and support function for all firm-wide systems. Mr. Castille brings 30+ years of experience in program management and delivering health IT solutions for Federal, State, and commercial organizations. He is a member of the Project Management Institute Baltimore and Washington, DC Chapters. Mr. Castille has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from The University of Maryland Baltimore County.
