Kevin Sutter

Kevin Sutter is an experienced professional in behavioral health and project management with a strong background in business analysis and technology. Currently serving as the Behavioral Health BA Team Lead at FEI Systems since February 2020, Kevin previously held the role of Senior Study Director at Westat, leading a nationwide NIH-sponsored tobacco study. Kevin’s earlier experience includes a multifaceted contractor role at Mindbank Consulting Group for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), and positions as a Programmer Analyst at Magellan Health Services and Senior Programmer Analyst at University Physicians, Inc. Kevin holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Health Management Systems and a Master's in Business Administration from Duquesne University, along with a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
