Sonali Baheti

Sonali Baheti is a seasoned Scrum Master currently working at FEI Systems since September 2022, with prior experience as a Project Manager at Indium Software from January 2021 to September 2022, where Sonali managed a QA team of 35 and oversaw production releases. Earlier roles include Senior Test Lead at Zensar Technologies, responsible for improving productivity, managing long-term goals, and ensuring project success through stakeholder communication and risk analysis. During a long tenure at Sapient from October 2006 to January 2019 as a Senior Associate L2, Sonali developed test strategies for complex projects across various domains, showcasing expertise in QA principles, functional testing, and software development life cycles in both Agile and waterfall environments. Sonali holds a diploma in computer science from BLDEA's College, completed in 2006.
