Helping Parents, Families, & Businesses Navigate Crucial Decisions with Less Conflict & More Cooperation
We understand that life's most important decisions often come with the most difficult conversations. Our mediation services help families & businesses find practical solutions during times of stress & transition—when clear communication matters most.

Specializing in Neurodiverse & Special Needs Families
We have a unique focus on supporting neurodiverse families & families with special needs. From decision-making for children’s medical, educational, & financial needs, balancing their children’s day to day needs, to coordinating therapeutics and managing logistics, or managing emotional regulation and educational planning, we help families align on key decisions so they can find common ground when facing complex issues. We also support families navigating the IEP (Individualized Education Program) & 504 Plan processes.

Supporting Elder Care Decisions
We also mediate for families managing elder care & aging-related concerns. Topics like advanced directives, estate planning, aging in place, and long-term care can stir strong emotions, especially when family members aren't on the same page. Our process fosters thoughtful conversations that help families make important decisions about how to meet their loved ones' needs with less conflict.

Our Services Include:
-Conflict resolution for neurodiverse & special needs families
-Separation & divorce mediation, including co-parenting plans, custody, property division, & support
-Post-divorce support for co-parenting & blended family issues
-Elder care & sibling disputes, including estate & caregiving issues
-Family business operations & succession planning
