Feker is a B2B boutique employer branding advisory and LinkedIn agency that doubles down on the superiority of joining forces of HR and marketing functions to create a fusion that enables our clients to become employers of choice and secure a strategic thought leadership positioning. That is, Feker has carved a niche for itself in the crowded branding space.

Our scope of work encompasses the full spectrum of content creation for LinkedIn Company Profiles. Our team dedicates their expertise and, most importantly, burning passion to creating strategic, tailor-made, and rich content with injected employer branding initiatives, from conception to completion, to showcase organizational cultures, reflect thought leadership, and humanize brands. In turn, this enhances talent acquisition and retention, brand recognition, and business growth. Further, we revamp the look and feel of LinkedIn Company Profiles and educate team members about the importance of leveraging LinkedIn features to ensure 360° LinkedIn excellence.

Since there are no shortcuts to authenticity in a content-filled and hyper-connected world, Feker takes its clients further than the conventional social media tactics. We do this by placing people at the heart of every story and making sure that purpose shines through every interaction. That is, we build meaningful stories that organizations strive to tell to create powerful content, deliver valuable insight, and make a buzz in the marketplace.

With our roots seeded in Amman, we’ve ignited a punchy employer branding revolution in one of the world’s most vibrant markets, MENA. Since our inception, mid-pandemic, in 2020, we’ve helped over 15 leading companies from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan, who have gathered cumulative investment rounds of over $250 million (~SAR 1 billion), in taking their employer brand to the next level.
