We provide consultancy services to improve the transparency on the status of your projects and to establish the basis for better decision making to all stakeholder involved in a CAPEX project.
The execution of CAPEX projects shows an increasing complexity in project planning and execution which raises implementation risks for all stakeholders.
Challenges arise especially in estimating investment costs in the early project phases (feasibility) and finding the best project execution plan e.g. through proper analysis of stick-built vs. modularization.
By bundling the competencies of Modularization (PPMOF), Project Execution and Cost Engineering (benchmarking / validation) our services support your project in the early phases of its life cycle focusing on FEL 1, 2 and 3 in combination with the qualitative assessment of the project definition.
Our expertise is centered on value adding scope definition and state-of-the-art project execution in time and in budget.
