FELD M is an analytics and strategy consulting for marketing in an increasingly digitalized world. In collaboration with our clients we develop sustainable communication, business and product solutions for client acquisition and retention using on-site and off-site contact in combination with offline channels. Our interdisciplinary team - comprising among others, Computer Scientists, Economists, Mathematicians, Media Experts, Sociologists and Philosophers – gives us varied perspectives and multiple ways of thinking to guarantee holistic solutions for complex questions.
We stand for loyalty, professionalism and quality. The cooperation with our (partly) long-standing customers is shaped by our primary focus on user orientated solutions. Our approach is always data-based and analytic. Next to the user perspective we always keep technical, legal issues and the budgetary framework of our clients in mind. We work at eye level with our customers. It is important to us that the cooperation with us is fun and that we are always reliable and binding.

Career
The core of the FELD M philosophy are tolerance, appreciation, cooperativeness and shared responsibility. As such we operate on the basis of the “people first” principle, making employee happiness the focus of how we think and act.
Exciting tasks, a friendly and open communication and a conviction that we all do our best when working towards aligned goals are waiting for you at FELD M. We know and want that you have a life beyond your workplace. As such we offer flexible working hours and a free choice of location – be it home office, our Munich office or anywhere else in the world.
