Felicette Consultancy, led by founder Helen Beckford, works with the C-suite and their senior leaders at growth-stage businesses to solve two interconnected problems: knowing which technology initiatives to prioritise, and building configurable delivery governance that ensures those decisions translate into finished work.

The approach is embedded, not advisory-from-a-distance. Helen works directly with leadership teams to facilitate alignment, challenge the behaviours that undermine good prioritisation, and build governance structures that fit a fast-moving business, not a corporate playbook.

With global onsite experience spanning 17 countries across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, and industries including consumer goods, manufacturing, fem tech, and ed tech, Felicette brings pattern recognition, connective intelligence and cross-functional fluency to every engagement.

Recent clients include D2C scale-ups, ed tech start-ups, and mid-market manufacturers.
