The practice of Felicetti Pty Ltd was founded in 1990, with a specific aim to provide structural engineering responses to architectural projects. Since its inception, the practice has developed a reputation for its enthusiastic and innovative approach to structural engineering. The founder of the practice, Peter Felicetti, who has over 20 years experience in the industry, has qualifications both in structural engineering and architecture. Prior to initiating the practice he played a senior engineering role in the design of a number of Melbourne's significant projects such as the 53 storey Melbourne Central, and 48 storey Telecom tower. Peter's appreciation of architecture ensures that structural responses are developed through a proactive approach with the architect early in the project. An early collaboration with the architect will always lead to an efficient structure that clearly reflects the architects design intent. The practice has a dedicated team of professional engineers and technicians that share the philosophy and enthusiasm of Peter. In addition to our considerable experience in the design and construction of buildings from houses to multi storey buildings, as an engineering practice we are committed to expanding our knowledge base and technical skills. We have strong university links, and the office is continually involved in research and development. Our aim is to always produce a project that is cost efficient, well documented, buildable, and delivered on time to exceed the expectations of the client, design team and constructors. To date we have been involved in all scales of projects, from complex architectural houses and sculptures to multistory buildings, both in Australia and overseas.
