Helping high-achieving women reconnect with themselves beyond survival, performance, and people-pleasing.

After spending more than a decade in corporate and startup environments and coming close to burnout twice, I realized that external success means little when it comes at the cost of inner aliveness, connection, and joy.

Today, my work focuses on helping women break free from subconscious patterns that keep them stuck in over-functioning, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, numbness, and disconnection from themselves. Through trauma healing, somatic work, and body wisdom practices, I support women in creating lives that feel grounded, aligned, and genuinely alive from within.

I offer:
• 1:1 Sessions (Vienna, Algarve & Online)
• Women’s Retreats (Portugal, Austria & Morocco)
• Workshops & Group Experiences
• Keynotes & Corporate Talks on burnout, leadership, wellbeing, human performance, and consciousness

Speaking topics include:
• Functional Freeze in Leadership
• When Success Burns You Out
• Redefining Success Beyond Constant Performance

My work is for women who are ready to stop merely functioning and start fully living.
