Trung Ly has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the DevOps Team Lead and DevOps Engineer at Felix since March 2018, where improvements to legacy systems for scalability on AWS and security redesigns are primary responsibilities. Previously, Trung held the position of DevOps Engineer at Strategenics, implementing secure SSH access and OpenVPN configurations, and served as Head System Administrator and Architect at ECConnect, overseeing system administration operations and architecture for on-premises and AWS infrastructures. With a background in web development and technology startups, including co-founding SMS Messaging Solutions, Trung has also worked in various developer roles since 2004. Trung holds a Master of Business Process Management from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Ho Chi Minh University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology.
