Sofi Pechner

Sofi Pechner is an experienced professional in human resources and creative operations with a robust background in both corporate and artistic environments. Currently serving as the People and Executive Operations Manager at Fello since November 2024, Sofi previously held the position of Head of HR and People Operations, Chief of Staff to the CEO at Mozart Data from September 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included implementing HR programs and aligning people strategies with business objectives. Earlier experience includes roles as a Photographer and Stylist for Sofi Pechner Photography and as a Photographer & Food Stylist at Thistle, where creative work focused on mission-driven food visuals. Sofi's educational background includes a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Natural Chef Certification in Culinary Arts from Bauman College.
