Tharun Kumar has extensive experience in digital marketing and marketing automation, beginning as an Email Marketing Specialist at TIBCO Software from April 2012 to October 2013. Subsequent roles include Lead – Marketing Automation at USEReady, where strategic development and execution of marketing automation roadmaps occurred, and various positions at Position2 that culminated in Team Lead - Marketing Automation Services, focusing on campaign strategy and execution across multiple platforms. From August 2020 to April 2023, Tharun held dual titles of Digital Campaign Strategist and Marketing Automation Lead - AU at ThoughtWorks, enhancing automated multi-channel campaigns. Currently, Tharun serves as Growth Marketing Manager at Fello, beginning in August 2025. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Badruka Institute of Information Technology and an MBA in Marketing from Pondicherry University.
