Dean Neilly

Dean Neilly is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Advanced Design Engineer at Fellowes Brands since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing product design reviews for mobile accessories and enhancing product quality through standardization and documentation. Prior to this, Dean worked at Dukane from November 2011 to October 2018 as both a Mechanical Engineer and Tooling Engineer, focusing on product improvement and ultrasonic drivers for plastic welding applications. Earlier roles included an Independent Contractor position at Sicada for web application development and a Helpdesk Student Supervisor at Bradley University, providing tech support. Dean holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Philosophy from Bradley University.
