Felner Corporation was founded in 1978 to manage commercial, retail, industrial and residential/HOA properties in and around Fairfield and New Haven Counties. 

Since that time, it has expanded considerably to provide comprehensive management, administrative, and maintenance services to over 5 million square feet of facility space and 10,000 HOA/Residential units. Currently, Patricia Felner, Matt Felner, and Nick Bragano lead a team of 115 dedicated employees to continue the growth and success of Felner Corporation.
