Felt grew organically from the deep belief that telling stories is the way forward for authentic business. A way to connect and engage.

Felt was founded by wine marketer and hospitality industry professional Jessamyn McLachlan in 2015. After a background working for small and medium brands that traversed family business, wine marketing, hospitality, craft beer and wholefoods; it became glaringly obvious to her that communications for authentic business needed to centre around their own unique, invariably heartfelt stories.

Business has realised the importance of communication via channels like social media, but it is easy to get stuck in the ‘should do’s' of how to run a platform. The Felt path is anchored firmly in the belief that there is no absolute prescription, beyond authenticity.

Because what we know from almost 12 years at the coalface of the industry is that social media CAN be a game changer for business. But it's not about numbers...

It's about stories.
