FeltonBuford isn't your typical market research firm.

We have deep knowledge in many industries, all over the globe, and especially Healthcare and Pharma, CPG, and Financial Services. But that doesn’t cover it.

For example, diabetes – one of the greatest global health problems of our time. We’ve got diabetes covered. We have conducted projects that examine the experience of living with diabetes, diabetes medication, obesity, food and nutrition, bariatric surgery, weight loss programs, and metabolic issues associated with diabetes. We have interviewed diabetics, their families, primary care physicians who treat diabetes, endocrinologists, bariatric surgeons, diabetes educators, dieticians and nutritionists, bariatric surgery practice personnel (nurse practitioners, case managers, etc.). And that just scratches the surface. When we say deep knowledge, we mean deep.

When you’re creative, you get to do a lot of projects that other researchers would just turn away.

Some of those involve working with hard to reach populations, like mavens (a.k.a. industry experts), patients, C-suite executives, or cardiothoracic surgeons. Some of those involve working with sensitive topics, like domestic violence, disease, and personal finances.

At FeltonBuford, everything that we have ever done, for work or fun, brings an added dimension to our understanding of your research project. Our critical problem solving and strategic perspective lets us deliver innovative insights that drive new understanding for your business. And that drives success. You’re not going to get that from junior analysts or researchers who don’t have the experience of running a business.
