The Female Advisory Board (FAB) is the UK's first and most rigorous peer advisory organisation built exclusively for female Founders, CEOs & MDs.

FAB brings together highly curated groups of non-competing business leaders in structured monthly boards which are purpose-built to drive commercial outcomes. Every session runs to a carefully designed agenda, combining peer challenge, expert masterclasses and facilitated workshops. Between sessions, members meet their Chair in person for a dedicated 1-1 every two months, with accountability built throughout.

We offer three membership tiers. SCALE (£500k - £3m revenue), ENTERPRISE (£3m - £15m revenue) and VANGUARD (£15m+ revenue), ensuring every member in the room is a genuine commercial peer.

FAB is not networking. It's not a support group. It's your personal board of advisors who meet every month, with the structure, rigour and commercial focus that makes businesses measurably better.

Members report 60% more time working on their businesses rather than in it and 200% growth in commercial capability.

Currently operating across Yorkshire with London launch soon. Regional and international expansion underway.
